4/28/13 Workout

Today was an easy day! I hung out at movies with kids. This morning did do 150 chair bridges and 80 squats. Then prepared food for upcoming week. Hope all had great weekend and look forward to the week ahead.

  1. Do you track your runs on some device - e.g. Garmin Forerunner GPS, Runtastic or Endomondo apps in mobile ? It would be interesting to see the workouts.

    1. Sorry I don't anymore. I use the Garmin Forerunner 405, but have lost the ANT+ so not able to transfer data. I use to use MapMyRun on my iPhone, but no longer have that phone. I have not tried any apps on my Droid, might download one to use Wed. I definitely should find something to post the workouts. Thanks for that heads up!
