1/29/13 Workout

Today had a great workout. Added some yoga holds for 1 min each to work on core strength and flexibility. Great day to workout outside. Might not ever go back to a gym, this outside working out is lots of fun.
Routine
Run 1.5 mile
20 Burpees
15 pull ups
30 squats
Run 1.5 mile
20 toe roll lunge
50 calf raises
Chair salutation 1 min
Run 1.5 miles
Warrior pose 1 min each
10 toes to bar
30 v-twists
