1/10/13 Workout

This morning had an awesome workout. I did a pyramid with my running. I only went up the pyramid seeing this was my first time to attempt this. Of course at end of each run, I did an exercise routine. I am going to do this again in couple weeks but still only go up. I will add one more running segment, then couple weeks after that I will do it coming back down the pyramid.
Routine for time
Run 1 mile
15 Burpees
15 Pull ups
Run 2 miles
15 Burpees
15 Pull ups
Run 3 miles
15 Burpees
15 pull ups
Total Time 1 hr 3 min 32 sec
