2/28/13 Workout

I forgot to post last night. I did not interval train yesterday. I did a 6 mile run. Wanted to see how quick I could run it in. I did good first 3 miles stayed around 7:30 min/mile pace. Mile 4 was under 8 min/mile pace. Then mile 5 and 6 the pace dropped. Still ran my fastest 6 yet at 48:46 an 8:08 min/mile pace. I have to learn to keep my pace a little slower in beginning so I can maintain throughout the run and be able to push more at the end.
